HEPA 13 classified dust extractors
For asbestos removal it is extra important to use the appropriate equipment and in most countries there are specific regulations for asbestos removal and how it should be done. When the asbestos fibers are extracted it should be performed with certified equipment that can handle the harmful fibers. A regular vacuum cleaner is not equipped with the required filters for example, with the result that the fibers pass through the vacuum cleaner and right back into the premises.

Asbestos
Asbestos is a mineral that is harmful to human health and is commonly found in North America, Russia and South Africa but are, or has been used in most parts of the world. During asbestos removal the fibers can penetrate the respiratory organs and cause asbestosis, a serious lung disease.
