Based upon substantial research and development, testing and experience, HTC produces a unique range of diamond tools to cover all the different type of procedures possible with the HTC diamond grinders. There are diamond tools suitable for anything from very rough grinding equal to scarifying to high gloss polishing of natural stone or concrete.
Natural stone grinding has historically been a complicated and expensive process with a lot of slurry to take care of. The 6th of February 2013, HTC launched industry's first 100% dry grinding system for natural stone floors, Diamond Xpress. The tools have been a success on the market and many fine stone floors has been restored to new shiny floors, faster and with significant savings in personnel, equipment and management.

"We have wet polished Terrazzo for years. We tried the new Diamond Express Series tooling and we were totally amazed at how this dry system processed the floor. Absolutely beautiful results without the hassle of slurry." - Jeremy Wilkerson, Owner, DreamKrete of Mid Atlantic Floor Care, LLC
“In all the years I have restored terrazzo I have never seen anything that has been this much of a game changer. I feel the DX pads have skipped a couple of advances and taken us at, or near the shiniest of terrazzo floors we will ever see.” – Joe Martin, Owner, Safe Dry out of Wesley Chapel, FL
"With the DX tools we can finally grind natural stone/terrazzo with the highest finish and at the same time get rid of the slurry that a wet process generates. Nice, clean and simple." - Robert Selberg, Team leader, Concreto Golvteknik, Sweden
"The DX tools are durable, easy to change and handle. If I would miss some of the tools, I can replace it with another tool from the same series and not get scratches. The DX tools simplifies, enhances and secures the process when we grind natural stone floors. We have tried the tools on concrete also with the same results." - Royne Hagman, Team leader, Stadax Betongteam, Sweden
