HTC vs traditional construction process

Save up to 5 weeks in drying time for concrete slabs, with no self-levelling compound required. After as little as 2 days of hardening the concrete, it is possible to grind the slab and then move on with construction immediately.

In the traditional construction process the concrete slab needs 28 days of hardening before you can prime and apply self-levelling compound. Once applied the slab needs a further 7-14 days drying period. That's a total of 35 to 42 days before other building work can commence.

With an estimated grinding time of 3-5 days you will have gained around 35 days using the HTC method instead.
