When you follow the service plan for your machine the 2-year warranty will stay valid. The high quality of the machines means that servicing only is needed every 500 hours or every 12th month. Not all machines apply for the 2-year warranty. Read more under Service.
If you have a warranty issue with HTC you must always complete the Warranty/Deviation Report form and send it to the email address indicated in the form. Complete the necessary highlighted fields directly in the PDF. Read more under Warranty issues.
